Trevor Hoskins is the owner and operator of Edgewater Home Inspections Inc., serving the greater Victoria areas with comprehensive residential and commercial building inspection services. Trevor brings a wealth of experience to every inspection, having completed over 5,000 inspections since 2011, and prior to that, a decade of experience in residential home construction and home energy advising. We understand that buying a home is often the most significant purchase you will ever make, and our goal is to ensure that you make this decision with confidence based on the right information.
Our inspectors are licenced through Consumer Protection BC (License #5922) and are active members of Home Inspectors Association of British Columbia (HIABC).
