Our goal is to provide the client with the information necessary to make the buying decision possible. A standard home inspection with Edgewater Inspections will take approximately 3-3 ½ hours to complete. Upon completion, the client will be presented with a summary description of the major deficiencies and a full overview of the findings from the inspection. A digital report will be presented to the client on the same day of the inspection.
Buying a new home is often the biggest financial decision of our lives. There are many factors that tend to influence our decision-making process, such as: emotions, financial limitations, time-sensitivity.
- Buyers – Pre-purchase
Buying a home is often the most expensive purchase you’ll ever make. A home inspection can help you make a well-informed decision on the house you are looking into buying before you place your offer.
- Sellers – Pre-sale
Home inspections are a great way for people to learn about the house they are considering buying and gives them the much needed information to form part of their decision-making process.
