Home Inspections

Buying a new home is often the biggest financial decision of our lives. There are many factors that tend to influence our decision-making process, such as: emotions, financial limitations, time-sensitivity. These factors can cause us to overlook some of the critical issues that need to be considered when purchasing a home. Hiring a professional home inspector can give a prospective buyer an unbiased, accurate reflection of the state of the home at the time of inspection.

Our goal at Edgewater Home Inspections is to provide our clients with the information necessary to make the best possible buying decision. A standard home inspection with Edgewater Inspections will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete. Upon completion, the client will be presented with a summary description of the major house deficiencies and a full overview of the findings from the inspection. A digital report will be delivered to the client within 24 hours of the inspection.
